Health permit posted in plain public view. Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm Walk-in cooler and prep line coolers were at 4 deg C or colder. Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C. Hot holding for meat balls, soups registered 65-72 deg C. Beverage cooler was at 4 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. All food items were stored off the floor. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. No signs of pests were observed. Ensure there is a pest control monitoring in place. Staff were wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint. Washrooms were in satisfactory condition.
