Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One bucket and one spray bottle labeled as quats sanitizer were tested at approximately 50 ppm quats or less.
Corrective Action(s): Contents discarded. Bottle and bucket refilled with quats sanitizer solution tested at 200 ppm. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces.
