Observation: * Tile grout to be done in dishwashing area as it missing in one area there and must be refilled for proper cleaning to occur

* Organization much better today
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder except for one in coffee area which was being repaired today
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium in bucket to store wiping rags
* Dishwasher final rinse was found to be 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface
* Staff food/personal stuff was being stored away from food storage/prep areas
* Staff were dressed appropriately with uniforms/hair nets
* Hand washing stations had liquid soap and paper towels
* Food was covered and labelled
* Improvements in cleaning noted; Some cleaning to be done in some areas where build up debris/grime
* Follow up inspection to be done in August 2017
