Inspection report: 262336 RE: outstanding permit fee letter has been hand delivered Outstanding permit fee for $150.00 to be paid Routine inspection: - low temp dishwasher supplied with chlorine at the final rinse ( measured at 100ppm ) - test strips are available for daily monitoring of chlorine residual - quat used as approved sanitizers for food contact surfaces - measured in the spray bottle at 200ppm - daily temp logs are up to date/available on site - all food is protected during transportation from the downtown location The following items need your attention: - At least one person per shift must have a FS level 1 training ( Section 10 ) - Permit to be posted ( please contact our office for replacement form $30.00 )
