Observation: - Water supply to handsink was turned off at time of the inspection. No food preparation or food service was occurring at the time. Maintenance staff reported that foodhandlers wash hands in one compartment of warewashing sink.

Corrective Action(s): - Turn on water supply to handwashing sink so hot and cold water is available at the handsink for handwashing.
- Ensure employees wash hands in designated handwashing sink. To be corrected by: 05-July-2022

Comments

- No food preparation of food service was occurring at time of the inspection.
- Kitchen, equipment and storage unit maintained in sanitary condition
- Hot and cold running water supplied to food preparation sink and warewashing sinks. See violation above re: water supply to handwashing sink.
- Bleach present for sanitizing step for manual dishwashing. Manual dishwashing sign posted at sinks.
- Liquid soap and paper towel present for handwashing. Load paper towel in dispenser and supply a pump style dispenser for handsoap.
- Walk-in cooler was 3C
- No signs of pest infestation in kitchen or storage unit at time of the inspection. Maintenance staff reported pest control services are in place and control measures were implemented to prevent pest (rodent) entrance to storage unit including the installation of metal plates.
- Dry storage areas were organized with food products stored off of the floor. Majority of dry goods are stored in pest proof containers.

* A few tiles from the floor near/under 2 compartment food prep sink were missing. Ensure tiles are replaced so that floor is maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned.
* Unable to check freezer temperatures at time of inspection as they were locked. To be checked at follow up inspection.
