One large pork broth was cooked this morning and has been sitting on a counter for the last 5 hours -temperature at 35 deg C

Corrective Action(s): Discard pork broth.

Effective Immediately: ALL foods are cook-to-order only -no advance preparation of foods allowed until workers are properly trained.
