Follow-up to inspection conducted on June 5, 2023 - Walk-in cooler has been repaired. Temperatures are ≤ 4°C. - Cleaning has been done at the fryers and dry storage shelving. Prep table area next to walk-in cooler is a work in progress. - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available - Ensure temperature log sheets are made and all cooler and freezer temperatures are monitored and logged.
