-In the meantime wash dishware using dishwasher, and soak in bleach solution 100 ppm ( in a sink for two minutes) let it air dry

-sprouts are stored in ice water bath tested at <4C

-food stored 6" off the ground
-meat slicer is clean and sanitized daily
-General sanitation is good.
** a bit of rodent dropping noted behind chest freezer mixed with old dirt. Clean and put sticky traps to monitor.
