Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezers at adequate temperature. Products stored in a frozen state.
Hot holding (e.g., fries, gravy, etc.) measured at 60C or higher.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs (pails and dispenser).
