Follow up inspection. The floors in dishwashing area, dry storage area, kitchen hand sink and underneath the ovens have been cleaned. Good. The following items are still outstanding and must be completed by SEPTEMBER 29, 2019. 1. Clean the interior of the keg cooler to clean slime build up 2. Clean the dry storage room under the stairs to remove dirt and onion peels 3. Clean floor and baseboards near the walk-in cooler 4. Shelving above the food preparation counter must be replaced with new solid easy to clean shelves . 5. Clean shelving units in all coolers including the walk-in cooler 6. Clean under-counter space under the bar hand sink.
