Hand delivered outstanding permit fees letter to the owner. Corrective Action(s): Immediately pay the yealy permit fees of $150. Owner provided a cheque (#002445) for the permit fees during the inspection. Violation Score: 1

A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -19C or colder; and thermometers present. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Bleach present at 2-comp sink for sanitizing during manual warewashing. - Bleach in spray bottles had [Cl2] of 200ppm. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level is satisfactory. No signs of pests. - Exhaust hood canopy is clean, absent of grease and dust. - Received a cheque for the outstanding health permit fees in the amount of $150.
