Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units at 4C or below and equipped with thermometer.
Walk-in freezer at -15C.
All hot food products are time track. Fried chicken are only hot held for 1.5hrs, popcorn chicken and vegetable patties are only hot held for 30 mins. Food products are discarded if they are not sold within the hot holding time.
Temperature log maintained.
Hand washing stations satisfactory
3-compartment sink satisfactory and in use. Sanitizing sink was filled with a 400ppm Quats solution.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
No pest problem noted.
