Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sauce cooler at internal temperature of 11.5C to 12.5C when food was probed.
Corrective Action(s): Food including chicken, sauces and cream were discarded at the time of inspection. 1 container of chicken and a freshly made sauce that probed below 4C were kept and moved to another cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink to the left of kitchen entrance and hand sink at the end of the cookline had items inside the sink

Under equipment in the back prep area there is a build up of debris
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the hood vent is cleaned regularly to avoid grease build up.
Ensure the floors under equipment especially harder to reach areas are cleaned regularly.
