- All handwashing stations are equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available in the dispenser at dishwashing sink; however, there was inadequate level of sanitizer in the cloth bucket. Ensure to be diligently changing out sanitizer solution to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
- High temp dishwasher reached 72C at plate's surface
- Coolers measured <4C and were equipped with thermometers
- Freezers measured <-18C
- Hot held foods (patties) were kept >60C
- Reviewed storage of cheese at room temperature. Cheese is stored on ice pack and whatever is not used up within 2 hours is discarded.
- Foods are stored in a manner that is protected from contamination. Tightly sealed containers.
- Reviewed cleaning of milkshake machine. Deep cleaned on a weekly basis.
- General sanitation is satisfactory; however, deep cleaning is required under cabinets.
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection
