Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # JCRH-C49QRV of Jun-22-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: - Back hand sink is covered and used as a counter and not accessible for handwashing Correction: - Remove surface which is covering handsink immediately. Handsink must be accessible at all times.

Comments

- Premises has been returned to original approved layout. Additional equipment has been removed which included the ovens, soft serve ice cream machine, rice cooker, instapot, hot holding unit. Additional food items no longer being served. Only tea/coffee, bubble tea and pre-made baked goods per initial approval. - Undercounter cooler was 1C. Thermometer present for temperature monitoring. - Food (ice cream cones) no longer stored directly adjacent to handsink - Covid Safety plan present and has been reviewed with staff.
