Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - Two compartment sink available; low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface - 200ppm Quats sanitizer available in spray bottles throughout the facility - Walk in cooler was 4c or lower; Preparation table coolers were 4C or less - Walk in freezer was -18C or lower; Chest freezer was -18C or lower - Hot holding unit reached 60C or greater - Food storage was adequate; food items were labeled with dates and stored at least 6 inches off of the ground - Glass dishwasher available in the bar area - Ice machine available; ice scoops stored in a sanitary manner - No pest activity was observed during inspection - General cleanliness was adequate ** Remove or repair any open wires from walk in cooler** Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
