Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle in the kitchen did not have sufficient chlorine concentration (0ppm). Sanitizer spray bottle was refilled with the correct ratio of bleach and water at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Fill sanitizer spray bottles with fresh solution every day to ensure adequate chlorine residual is present at all times.
*Mix 1 teaspoon of bleach per Litre of water to make a 100-200ppm chlorine sanitizer solution.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispensers were empty at hand-wash stations in the kitchen. Operator refilled paper towel supplies while on-site.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure paper towels are available at hand-wash stations at all times. Replenish empty dispensers immediately after supplies run out.
