Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (in bucket and 3 comp sink).
Prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C. (Internal temp of food - deli meats was at 4 deg C.)
Hot holding for meat balls and soups was above 60 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
All food items and food-related items were stored off the floor.
Storage area was organized and no signs of pests noted at time of visit.
Staff was wearing clean uniform and hair restraint.
Washroom was sanitary and stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation of the premises was good. Floors, counter tops, shelves and equipment were clean.
