Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C. Coolers were at or below 4 deg C. One line cooler is not working (no food items stored in it) and scheduled to be replaced. Temperature log is available and up to date (digital on tablet). High temp dishwasher reached >71 deg C at plate surface. Staff hygiene - clean uniforms and hairnets. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
