Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection chemical dispensing system at 3 compartment sink dispensing chlorine at 0ppm. Chlorine use a temporary measure as bulk quats is on order.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all dishes/utensils/equipment is washed, rinsed, then sanitized in 100ppm bleach or 200ppm quats for 2 minutes followed by air drying.

To make a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution diulte 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to every gallon of water.

Staff has setup the 3 compartment sink for manual warewashing with 100-200ppm bleach.

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats still available for use in labeled spray bottle. Bulk quats sanitizer on order.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -19 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Upright freezer at -14 to -17 degrees C.
Pizza hot held below 60 degrees C. Each type of pizza is identified with a 90 minute discard time.
Beverage cooler not accessible to public at this time. Staff to provide customer with requested beverage.
Pop dispenser not in use. Stick in place stating temporarily unavailable.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
Permit posted in front area.
