The owners have taken the FoodSafe level 1 refresher course and it is valid until 2024.
The daily temperature records and sanitation checklist is being completed daily.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
The bleach sanitizer solution was at 100 ppm.
No evidence of pests. Pest control reports available on site.
Food is kept in pest proof containers.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
