Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C4PTER.
All infractions in report#JCHY-C4PTER have been corrected.
-No noodle soup observed to be cooled in large buckets. Operator informed that noodle soup will be cooled in smaller batches prior to transferring it into 20L buckets.
-Cold potentially hazardous foods (e.g.: chopped vegetables, raw meat, etc.) are stored in a cooling unit able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.
-Bags of frozen meat in the walk-in freezer is observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C air ambient temperature.
-Under counter sandwich cooler and the prep cooler across the griddle measured at 4C air ambient temperature.
-Meat slicer in sanitary condition.
