Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Ice machine inside & the water pump was not cleaned since the last inspection.
2) The meat slicer was not free of meat debris. On-going issue.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove mold and grime off the surface. Cleaned during inspection. Clean at least once a month.
2) Ensure to pull all parts and run through the dishwasher. Use the wiping cloth with bleach to clean the actual device.

-Cleaning improved
-The ventilation hood got cleaned by the professional cleaning company.
-Corners and walls behind the stove and the dry storage got cleaned.
-Thorough cleaning is the key to maintain the cleaniness (Daily!)
-Keep the pest company records on site.
-Noted the knives were hung on the wall behind the coca cola fridge. The operator stated they are not in use. Remove the knives from the facility.
