General sanitation is acceptable but required improvement. (Note: Deep cleaning highly recommended.)
Handsink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water. (Note: Small plastic bags were on the faucet).
Note: Please discuss with your staff proper hand washing as well as make your mind, which sinks for hand washing, and which is prep. sink.
Note: Undercounter dairy cooler bit high must be serviced/repaired.
Sandwich prep cooler: 4.0 deg C.
Front sliding glass door cooler: 4.0 deg C .
Freezer (dishwashing area) at -7.0 deg C (must be - 18 deg C.)
Chemical dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual on rinse cycle.
Hot holding at 70 deg C (soup).
Quats sanitizer spray at 200 ppm QUATS.
No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection..
Ice machine - clean; ice-scoop stored safely at the time of inspection/outside/.
Chest freezer at -22 deg C. (Note: Observed excessive accumulation of ice in the chest freezer).
