Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer solution was added and 200 ppm was achieved. This is a temporary solution, and the dispenser must still be fixed. Violation Score: 15

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Quats sanitizer dispenser at the 3-compartment sink was only dispensing 50 ppm Quats, which is inadequate for sanitzing utensils. No test strips were available onsite for testing the solution. Corrective Action(s): Fix as soon as possible. Follow up inspection by Tuesday. Violation Score: 9

Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records were up to date. No evidence of pests. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
