*When asked about sanitizing the cutting boards that do not fit in the dishwasher, staff indicated that the cutting boards are cleaned with soap and hot water, then sanitized with QUAT sanitizer every day.
All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers except one at -18 C or lower.
*At the time of inspection a technician was working on repairing an upright two-door freezer. No items were in the freezer being repaired.*
No hot holding units at the time of inspection
High temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 72.3 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
