Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Three of four buckets / containers of sanitizer were measured at 50 to 100 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was changed at time of inspection and tested at 200 ppm quats. Ensure that sanitizer is changed as often as needed to maintain effective sanitizing concentrations for food contact surfaces.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezer at -25 degrees C
- Food is protected from contamination. Potentially hazardous food items in display case are intended for display only.
- Hand washing sinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Staff observed to be properly washing hands at time of inspection
- Quaternary ammonium compound (quats) sanitizer measured at 200 ppm from dispenser and in one bucket with wiping cloths* *Refer to violation code 302.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 75 degrees C at the utensil surface
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored in a clean container.
- A two-hour timer is in use for in-use utensils (small wares)
- Chemicals are labeled and stored separately from food items
- Washrooms maintained in clean condition
- Temperature logs are up to date
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- FOODSAFE requirements met. FOODSAFE equivalent card produced by staff for verification is valid until 2022.
- Permit posted
Note: If manual ware washing method is used for any utensils / equipment, ensure that three proper fitting sink plugs are available for three-compartment sink. Two of three sink plugs observed on site at time of inspection do not fit drains at three-compartment sink.
