Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food equipment stored in the kitchen handwash station at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Owner removed food equipment immediately. Please ensure not to store anything in the handwash station as it needs to be unobstructed at all times.

Observation: Debris on the bottom shelf of small white cooler under espresso machine. Some chocolate debris and paper products fell on the floor of decor room. Kitchen floors in the back also requires cleaning. Reorganizing around shelving units is required so that the space is not so cluttered.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean and declutter noted areas above.

*Please place paper towel inside dispenser in staff washroom, and secure the hand soap dispenser in the decor room as the cover is loose. Do not secure with tape/duct tape.
Gelato display case: -9 to -11C
Dipper well operational - please ensure that it is properly turned on
Cooler: <4C

Blast freezer unplugged at time of inspection
Both pasteurizer/gelato making machines are cleaned and sanitized after use

No apparent signs of pest noted during time of inspection, adequate lighting
Products including Locust bean were received with proper invoice and lab results provided
