-Coolers are below 4 degC
-Freezer's below-18 degC
-There's a new time recording system for the pizza. The white is no longer in use. Times are written on the back of pizza labels stored inside the warmer. Pizzas are discarded after 2 hours of holding in the warmer which is at 40 degC.
-Handsink outside the kitchen is fully equipped
-200ppm Quats is available in a spray bottle. Automatic dispensing system for the cleaners/sanitizer has been installed. Part of the system has taken over the kitchen handsink (hose attached). There is no faucet for free running water at the 3-compartment sink so essentially there's no handsink inside the kitchen any longer. However, there is a handsink immediately outside the kitchen within 3m. (To be discussed with owner).
-Temperature log's being maintained. ADD NEGATIVE IN FRONT OF FREEZER TEMPERATURES.
