The door is on order and will be replaced. Cooler temperature (on Summit side) registered 7-8 degrees C. Corrective Action(s): Ensure to keep the door opening tightly sealed to maintain refrigeration. Do not store any dairy products in this cooler. Ensure that cooler rmaintains 4 C or below at all times. Clean the heat exchanger fins to remove dust build-up ( By Sep 4, 2021). Violation Score: 3

*Ensure that test strips are available for testing SmartPower sink and surface sanitizer. Bar coolers below 4 C. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. Bar glass washer: 100 ppm chlorine at the glass surface. Good. General sanitation is satisfactory. * Ensure to remind customers ( recommended providing visible signage ) about wearing masks in the bar area as this is considered to be part of the general casino area.
