Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted the wiping cloths by the espresso machine left out on the counter when not in use.
Corrective Action(s): Store all wiping cloths in the sani water container to sanitize cloths when not in use. This is to prevent bacterial growth on the wiping cloth.
-> A new bleach water batch was made for the espresso machine.
