A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CE2PTS and the following observations were made: - No activity observed in the pest control traps - Back screen door equipped with door sweeper on the right bottom corner - Over head vent, dish pit, kitchen work bench, grill, and fryer observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Operator signed up for FoodSafe course, ensure to send EHO a copy of the FoodSafe certification upon completion of the course. - All violations addressed
