Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in the kitchen was obstructed by a preparation table in the front of it.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two containers of dairy product were being sold with the restaurant's label attached. However the facility did not have a dairy licenses to sell any packaged dairy product.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the two containers of dairy product. The facility is not allowed to process and package any diary product.

- 200ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
- Updated floor plan submitted for adding walk-in cooler and freezer.
