Clean wiping cloths now stored in a bin and protected form contamination Quats sanitizer test strips onsite Temperature logs were up to date In use wiping cloths no longer stored on counters and kept in sanitizer solution when not in use. Operator is in process of acquiring dedicated sanitizer buckets. All food items stored off of floor.
