Follow-up to inspection report # NTRG-B9DRA8.

Code 209: Corrected: flour was placed into pest-proof containers with lid, scoops handles were kept in the dry foods bin with the handles facing up, dry foods bins were labelled to identify the contents, Chemicals above the metal rack were moved to the storage room on a separate shelf away from food, black bags were no longer covering food.

Code 304: Corrected. The areas noted were cleaned.

Code 305: Corrected. Cluttering items were moved from the floor to shelves at the front and back.

Code 308: Operator mentioned that an adjustment to the temperature knob on the booster was done but the temperature was not consistent still. He was using chlorine sanitizer since morning. Dishwasher temperature was reading 71C at the plate and Chlorine was 100ppm at time of inspection. Since temperature fluctuates, operator is required to continue to use chlorine sanitizer and test with chlorine test strips (100ppm at the plate). Operator is to notify the local health inspector if he decides to repair the dishwasher to meet temperature requirement consistently (71C at the plate).

***Operator mentioned that he may be closing the restaurant at any time (with 6 month notice). He will be looking for a different location. Discussed with operator to inform the Health Authority when the restaurant is officially closed.
