Observation: 1. Interior of ice machine has black mildew growth
2. Chili sauce and garlic sauce measuring scoops attached to cable left dirty hanging down the side of the prep cooler by the handsink.
3. Whisk put away dirt with other clean prep utensils
4. Veggie and lemon slicers put away with dried food debris stuck to equipment
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all utensils and equipment are cleaned and sanitized properly after use. Increase regular cleaning of interior of ice machine.
