Routine Inspection Current approval consists of hair, facials, waxing, eyebrow tinting, manicure and pedicures. Laser approval pending. Hair: -Clippercide available. -Barbicide available. Reminder to change the solution when it gets murky. -Neck strips used. -Container for sharps disposal available. -Backflow prevention device installed on hair sinks. Nails: -Technician not on site at the time of inspection. -Reusable drill bits should be disinfected after each use and not be left on the equipment. -Foot files - stickers should be replaced after each client. -Unable to verify disinfection procedures for nails. Waxing -Strips and sticks are single use. -Wax pot in clean condition. -Bed lined with single-use paper. Facials -Comedone extractors used. Lash Tinting: -Products have the required labels. -Tweezers used to hold/seperate lashes must be disinfected with CS20. **CS20 available. Please ensure only the non expired solution is used. Three bottles - one with an expiry date of August 2022, August 2023 and February 2024. Ensure CS20 solution that is in use is dated for 14 day re-use. General: Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water. Laundry done on-site. Facility kept in a clean condition.
