General Comments:
Paper towel and liquid soap, hot and cold running water are provided at all sinks
100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in buckets and spray bottles throughout the kitchen
Ice machine is free of mould and rust; ice scoop stored in a separate bucket
Cut vegetables are stored on ice
Staff are following good hygiene and safe practice
No signs of pests observed
Permit posted with valid decal
All coolers operating at </=4C ; freezers at </= -18C; hot-holding at >/= 60C
Temperature records maintained daily
Foods stored mostly off the ground and covered
Ensure to store raw animal products under and away from vegetable and ready to eat products (a couple mistake noted)
Ensure to use only Food safe material to store food products
Ensure to put label for any prepared foods in walk in cooler with date of preparation (mostly freshly made and used for Max 2 days)

Covid-19 Safety plan- noted key principles are being followed (proper disinfection solution is being used for high touch surface area, staff are wearing masks, signs are posted on window re: physical distancing for take out customers, customer are entering from main door and exiting from the exit door )- Facility is operating as only take out not sit in.
