Observation: Underneath and around the fountain drink dispenser nozzles near the drive-thru observed to have syrup build-up.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned areas. Review facility's Sanitation Plan on daily cleaning underneath fountain drink machine. Surrounding area of nozzle must be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly not just the nozzles at end of day. Corrected by: End of day.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for warewashing.
Beverage cooler, under counter cooler, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Ice cream basins measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer, chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Burger condiments time tracked with date being disposed of. Chopped vegetable has a shelf life of 4 hours under room temperature indicated on the time stamp.
Ice machines in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed. Pest Control Company contracted monthly. Most recent pest report (November 14, 2022) indicate that no rodent activity in the interior, exterior has activity.
