Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back screen door open at time of visit.
Corrective Action(s): Door should be kept closed at all times when not in use to prevent pest entry.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One pair of scisscors in utensil bucket observed to be bound by duct tape.
Corrective Action(s): Duct tape is not conducive to cleaning. All food contact surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Scissors discarded by operator.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff on duty does not have up to date foodsafe certification (taken in 2006).

Chest freezer -19 C. Walk-in cooler 3 C.
Sanitizer spray bottle ~ 200 ppm chlorine detectable.
Manual warewashing in place, sanitizing compartment ~ 100 ppm chlorine detectable *note - no need to add detergent to chlorine, this is counter-productive as chlorine will be used up

From previous:
- deep fryers removed; correction order issued March 16, 2018 hereby rescinded
- cardboard lining removed from walk-in cooler
- door sweep installed for back door

General:
- Walk-in cooler walks require a new coat of paint (6 months)
