Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water. Food protected from contamination with food grade covers and lids. Utensils, condiments and single use items are sanitary. Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated scoop. Staff demonstrated good personal hygiene. 3 compartment sink in use. 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer in use. Chemical storage adequate. Equipment in good working order. Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks. Self service machines are operated by staff only. New Permit will be posted in visible location once frame has been installed. Covid safety plan in use and available for review. Holding units: milk cooler 1.6C, 2 chest freezers at -22C, glass cooler 3.4C mayo, pizza cooler 3.8C pineapple, chest freezer meat balls -17C. Food premise is well maintained.
