Correction: Refill papertowel dispenser. Hand-washing stations must be equipped with a stocked liquid soap dispenser, warm water and single use hand drying towels from a dispenser.

Reviewed product labelling of lynch food products - refrigerate after opening to be observed by staff. Reviewed staff personal items / foods are to be kept separate and away from food preparation surfaces. Sanitizer solution 100 ppm for wiping cloths. Required cleaning has been completed. Storage room cooler 3 C Front sink drainage issue has been corrected. Sink drains rapidly. Operator onsite, foodsafe training available. Ensure on each shift one staff has Foodsafe training.
