Hot potentially hazardous food stored/displayed below 60 °C. [s. 14(2)] (Samosa in the hot holding unit ranged from 43C to 50C. Hot holding cabinet was not at 60C when the foods were placed into the unit.)
Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 22, 2016.
-Hot holding of foods was greater than 60C. Hot holding unit is set to greater than 60C before hot foods are placed in the cabinet.
-Facility has a sufficient number of sink plugs to properly wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment and utensils.
-Handwash sink the back kitchen and washroom have been serviced. Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General cleaning has been carried out in the facility. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times to prevent potential pest attraction.
-Carpet has been removed from the frying area.
-Walk-in cooler has been adjusted. Cooler unit was at 4C at the time of inspection.
-Operator adjusted prep cooler at the time of inspection (unit was at 7C) - cold holding unit was at 4C. Cooler unit is almost on maximum setting and may require additional refrigeration gas. Ensure staff monitor cold holding unit and service as needed.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
