Repair the worn and missing grout between floor tiles in front of the cooking equipment.
Repair the two kitchen sinks. The tap would not shut off at one of them, and the drainage pipe is damaged at the other.
Sweep the area around the garbage containers daily.
Temperature of refrigeration units is satisfactory. Temperature log is maintained.
General sanitation is good. No obvious signs of pest noted.
