Premise is sanitary. Premise not providing service at the time of inspection. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available. Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks. Food protected from contamination. Food is from an approved source. Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated hand scoop. Temperature holding is adequate and temperature monitoring units in use. Coolers and service coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C to -22C. No hot holding at the time of inspection. Take out containers and utensils are sanitary. Dishwasher final rinse at 71C at the plate after booster was turned on (have to wait 20 minutes to heat up). Linen washed and sanitized on site on high temperature and with bleach. Bleach sanitizer solution available for 100 ppm to 200 ppm sanitizing cloths. Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location. Recommendation: Walk in cooler shelving may need to be repainted later this year to ensure a smooth, durable, easy to clean surface.
