Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat slicer observed to have not been cleaned after use from the previous day. Food debris observed affixed to the blade and guard. Slicer was cleaned and sanitized by staff at time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Slicer must be properly cleaned and sanitized after use. Ensure a flashlight is used to verify cleaning has been properly done.
