Comments

- Hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
*Note: One of the sinks in front area used as "dump sinks" also need to be supplied with liquid soap and paper towels for easy access to hand washing.

- Quats sanitizer solution available in buckets at 200 ppm. Test strips available.
- Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing, sink plugs available. Quats solution tested at 200 ppm from dispensing unit.
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- Hoppers in ice cream machines measured at below 4C.
- All freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- All hot-held food items were measured at 60C or hotter.
- Temperature logs well maintained and up to date
- All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions (ventilation hoods, ice machine, food/beverage dispensing units, etc.).
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Dry storage areas satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
