Notes:
- All food contact surfaces must be washed and sanitized after use. All items are to be kept stored in a sanitary manner in order to prevent post contamination. Storage shelves/containers are to be kept clean and organized. Wiping cloths are to be kept stored in a sanitizer at all times. Chlorine on site. Concentrations are to be maintained as per Dishwash Sign.
