Observation: There is still some mice activity that is being found by per pest control company and management. There was sighting of mouse by customer at time of visit as they mentioned it to the manager.
Corrective Action(s): The corner booth area beside the ATM machine have signs of pests activity. Droppings were found in the ATM machine and cleaned thoroughly. A bait trap is placed inside machine. This area will be monitored closely and hole into the machine to be plugged with steel wool until it can be permanently closed off. Pest control measures actively in place to make the premises free of pests.

Corrective Action(s): Spray bottles with no labels were labeled and spray bottles with unknown chemicals were discarded at time of inspection.
