Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2-door cooler in kitchen is noted at 7.6oC (air temperature). Food temperature ranged from 4.8oC (previously frozen pork from last night), 6.7oC (milk), and 6.6oC (cooked food mix). No temperature log is maintained.
Corrective Action(s): Food temperatures in cooler must be maintained at 4oC or less at all times. All potentially hazardous foods must be discarded. Do not use cooler until it is adjusted or fixed.
